About / My story
Founder, then psychologist.
I built a business before I trained as a psychologist. That order matters - I work with founders to build psychological capital so they build something great without the cost.

When a founder tells me they're lying awake re-running an investor conversation, or that a bad month of revenue feels like a verdict on who they are, I'm not translating from a textbook. I've been there.
My own founder journey included raising venture capital and ended with a company that didn't make it. What survived was a fascination with the psychology underneath it all. Why smart people make fear-driven decisions. Why co-founder relationships crack under pressure. Why the same mind that builds a business can work against it. That's what sent me back to train as a psychologist.
What I work on
Entrepreneurship is a mental game. Strategy and execution rest on capacities founders rarely train deliberately: clarity under pressure, decision-making without fear at the wheel, communication between co-founders, and a workable relationship with the inner critic, anxiety and doubt. That's my territory. Not generic wellness. Psychological performance as a lever for business success.
Who it's for
Founders, co-founding teams, and the people around them - investors, accelerators, event and program organisers. Founders looking to work with a performance psychologist can find that at Sublime Studio. For workshops, media and speaking, let's talk.
